This is the Way Anne Siebum Works

For Anne Siebum, working in the insurance industry is part of a family lineage. Her grandfather and father both worked in insurance. So it’s no surprise she spent time working for her dad after class and over summers during high school. During that time, Siebum’s dad encouraged her to get licensed so she could always have a career to fall back on.

Fast forward 25 years later, and Anne Siebum has worked in a variety of roles in the insurance industry, with most of her experience being on the retail agency side.

“I’ve been an agent, agency owner, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a retail agency,” said Siebum. “Recently I moved over to the MGA side and am currently the Operations Manager for CannGen Insurance Services.”

When asked what she loves about the industry, Siebum explains how insurance is constantly changing as new technology, businesses and personal needs evolve.

“Everyone needs insurance,” said Siebum. “And most people don’t understand the ins and outs. They just want the cheapest price and hope for the best.”

Siebum loves educating anyone willing to listen about navigating insurance coverages. And after 25 years in insurance, you could say she’s found a career that she’s passionate about.

This is the way Anne Siebum works.
