We are making a change to InsurancePro that will affect users' access.
Starting July 1, 2017, any InsurancePro user that uses a Windows Vista-operated computer or laptop will no longer be able to access InsurancePro.
Why Access is EndingWe are making this change because Microsoft discontinued support of Windows Vista as of April 11, 2017. Without support by Microsoft, Windows Vista-operated devices are unprotected from viruses, malware and spyware software that can steal personal information and compromise other agency workstations or network servers.
A Proactive StepChanging an operation system can be difficult. But, we also want to make sure users' data remains safe. We are confident this precaution will help maintain a safe and secure environment for your agency and client information.
What You Can DoTo avoid any interruptions and better safeguard client information, we advise upgrading your computers as soon as you can. Your IT person should be able to help with upgrading to a supported operating system. There are also helpful articles like this one with more information about upgrading.
