Debbie Unverzagt, owner of Best Choice Insurance of North Texas, was drowning in paperwork unable to easily identify a customer count, how much money she was making or how much in premiums were coming in. Her system for organizing and keeping track of her customers and their files was no longer working for her agency. Unverzagt was working long hours because she had no time to get to everything during the day thanks to the large amount of paperwork.
